Sometimes you may open a clay container and find that one color is dryer than the others, especially in hot and dry conditions. At Dino Creation, our team has tested solutions and found the best way to rehydrate the clay is to add some hand moisturizer to the clay and knead it together. This will make it easy to play with and mold into your desired shapes.

Dino Clay should be kneaded and stretched like pizza dough before trying to shape and model with it. This ensures that it is soft, pliable, and fun to play with. By kneading and stretching the clay, you can also remove any air bubbles and make it easier to work with. This process allows for a smooth and enjoyable sculpting experience, ensuring that your creations come out exactly as you envision them. To ensure the longevity and quality of Dino Creation's Dino Clay, it should be stored in an air-tight container under 30 degrees. If exposed to higher temperatures, the clay may become sticky and difficult to use. We recommend storing the clay in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat sources to prevent any changes in consistency. By following these storage guidelines, you can ensure that your Dino Clay remains in optimal condition for all your creative projects.

If you have accidentally put Dino Goo into mould that were not brushed in magic water first the goo will stick to the moulds. To help remove this please soak submerged in magic water overnight and brush with firm bristles the next day. This will remove most of the stuck goo and you can reuse the moulds.

In case of eye contact, we recommend rinsing eyes with water.Magic Water Powder that is used to make Dino Goo Creatures is Calcium Lactate which is a food additive. This is regarded as a non-toxic, safe product however it can be drying and irritating some people's skin, for this reason we recommend washing hands after play and consider wearing gloves.

Moulds not moisturized enough: Ensure you soak the moulds in magic water and brush them gently before squeezing the Goo into them. 🌊✨ This ensures the Goo slides out easily and prevents it from sticking.Warm water: If you’re using warm water to dissolve the magic powder, make sure to wait until the magic water cools down before adding your creations.Right ratio of magic powder and water: Ensure you’re using 1 bag of magic powder to 1 litre of tap water. The powder should be fully dissolved. Too much water can prevent the Dino Goo from coming out of the mould.Shake before use: Shake the Goo bottle before squeezing it into the mould. Colour separation is normal due to the plant-based seaweed, which is heavier than water. Give it a good shake to mix.

If your Dino Goo isn’t shaping well, here are a few things to check:Do NOT flip your mould: Avoid flipping your mould in the magic water while waiting for the creation to come out.Hold the mould steady: Keep the mould steady in the magic water for at least 10-15 seconds before shaking it out. If you shake the mould too quickly, the creatures may not form properly.

Here’s how to fix it:Leave the creations in the magic water for 15-30 minutes to solidify the outer layer.For full solidification, leave them overnight in the magic water. Transfer them to tap water the next day for permanent solidification. Once fully set, the creatures can last for months or even years! Just change the tap water weekly to prevent bacterial growth.

The 3d Dino Goo water pets will last for months if they are kept in water. We recommend changing the tap water every few days to keep them clean. If you leave your water pets out in the air they will shrink to tiny hard creatures. To maintain the size and color of your water pets, it's essential to keep them submerged in water. This will ensure that you can continue to enjoy and display these unique and fascinating creatures for a long time to come.

Each Dino Goo 100ml bottle can make 5-6 water pet creations with our moulds. Therefore, if a kit has 7 bottles in a set (Seaworld, buddies, and munchies), kids can create approximately 35-40 creations. If you run out of goo color, you can order refill packs and magic powder from our website, allowing your kits to be reused many times. This means plenty of creative fun and replay value for your Dino Creation kits.

Dino Cream will air dry in 2-3 days. Do not heat dry the cream with blow dryers or fan heaters. It will shrink slightly upon drying so ensure you use a generous amount.

To soften the Dino Cream that has hardened due to cold weather, simply place the tube in a pot of warm water. This gentle method will help to warm up the cream without compromising its quality.
