I bought this after seeing a facebook video, as an indoor activity for my 4 year old son. The first time, we made them together, and since then, he had been able to make them with minimal supervision, and even instruct others on how to do it.
Pro tip - if it seems a bit "too difficult" to get the characters out of the moulds - you didn't let them soak / get the moulds wet enough. We figured this out the first time.
